Victorian Addition in Winchester

The extensive renovation of this home in Winchester involved not only the addition of a great room and garage, but also a significant remodeling of the kitchen. Although modern conveniences were added throughout, great care was taken to preserve the existing Victorian elements of the home. Working closely with the homeowners’ architect, Millwork, Inc. painstakingly replicated these components in the new construction, requiring meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Green fir timbers were custom milled for the overhangs that were important architectural features. This large addition and renovation blends seamlessly with the home’s original structure.
