GLENN MILLS
Glenn Mills is the president and owner of Millwork, Inc. Builders. Glenn attended Harvard, with cross-registration at the MIT Sloan School of Management, graduating with a BA in Economics. In 1985, he left the software industry to found Millwork, Inc., and has been in the field ever since. His passion is actively working on job sites, as well as managing all the details of running a successful residential construction business. Glenn works closely with his clients, and their architects and designers, to produce the highest quality results, both in terms of craftsmanship and of customer satisfaction.
Throughout my 30-plus year career as president and owner of Millwork, Inc. Builders, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by extremely motivated, bright and talented individuals. These highly skilled people are unquestionably Millwork’s most valuable asset. Together we share the vision that attention to detail, and courteous, professional service are the only ways to do business. We push each other to always do the best job possible and we constantly look for ways to improve.
The Millwork Team
The Millwork team includes three full-time Lead Carpenters, all with unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licenses, and all are EPA Certified Lead-Safe Renovator-Supervisors. The three combined have over 65 years of experience in the construction industry and, more importantly, have worked together for decades. The additional carpenters who round out our dependable and loyal team are equally dedicated to the same high standards of workmanship and professionalism, and work closely with the lead carpenters. Our office staff handles the details to round out the quality customer experience that you can expect from Millwork.
