Kittery Point, ME
This bright and modern bath was designed and built as part of a guest suite in what was formerly unfinished storage space in the home. A limited palette with pops of vibrant color, a gleaming quartz countertop, warm maple cabinets, and lots of natural light make the bathroom seem larger than it is. The custom tile work required precision and attention to detail. In addition to the classic subway tile on the shower walls, the floor tile – a modern take on traditional hexagon tile – and the pebble tile used for the shower floor and detail are a nod to the history and coastal location of the home. Every detail of this bath, including the carefully chosen fixtures and hardware, contribute to the light and airy yet thoroughly modern space.
