note from Glenn Mills: President and Owner of Millwork,
Inc.
Throughout
my twenty five year career in the construction industry,
I have been fortunate to be surrounded by extremely
motivated, bright and talented individuals. These highly
skilled people are unquestionably Millwork's most valuable
asset. Together we share the vision that attention to
detail, and courteous, professional service are the
only ways to do business. We push each other to always
do the best job possible and we constantly look for
ways to improve.
Julie
is our office manager and the glue that holds our operation
together. Julie seamlessly handles all our accounting
activities, insurance issues, and all our other administrative
tasks. Keith, Paul, Brendan and I all hold unrestricted
Massachusetts Construction Supervisors licenses, are
senior level carpenters, are EPA Certified Remodelers,
and take turns wearing the Project Manager hard hats.
The four of us combined have over 79 years of experience
in the construction industry.
In
addition to working in the field, I do most of the estimating
and billing for ongoing jobs. My passion, however, is
strapping on the "gun belt" and getting my
hands dirty with the guys. Paperwork, although a very
necessary evil, is my least favorite part of the business.
I don't plan on putting my tools down anytime soon!
